30-Day Returns

We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened water filters and filter straws can only be returned if they arrived defective.

How to start a return

Email us at info@northwildsupply.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns go to different warehouses.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
