- Processing: 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: usually 2–7 business days after processing.
- Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.
- You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
- 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging.
- Email us with your order number before sending anything back.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item? Send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it at no cost.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
- For hygiene reasons, opened water filters and filter straws can only be returned if defective.
